    I have a few friends that are Polish immigrants, and when I first heard about this I asked them what they thought would happen if the Russians invaded. I was quickly corrected by them. “It is not if, but when,” they said. With the current CNC Poland can kiss their liberty goodbye.

    Russia is nowhere near the force it was back in the days of the Soviet Union, but then again I think that everyone has been underestimating them since the mid 90s.

    I certainly wouldn’t want to be Polish right now (maybe that is why a couple of million of them have moved here?).

    The scary thing for the Poles wasn’t the exercise but Moscow’s explanation!

    “[to] ensure the strategic stability in the East European region”.
