Dhimmi ? Dummy ? Thinker !: Err, is anyone else seeing this ?

The above graph consists of info gleaned and boiled down from two Gallup polls. The reason I’m looking at them is the info really just got me thinking- you know ? The poll premise was looking into what is considered “Morally Acceptable”. I picked 4 hot burner issues that i thought played well in an American election year.
ABORTION: The ** was meant to denote that French Muslims came in at 24% not far from the Religious Americans crowd. The other numbers answer a lot of questions one may have about the moral grounding of a society.
Pre Marital Sex: The Religious Americans are tied with Berlin Muslims. Does that bother you ? Does that impact your opinion on Muslims in any way ? BTW I’m surprised the US Public # is so low-are you ?
Suicide : Religious Americans are only 2 % pts. away from London Muslims-the group that has the lowest numbers throughout on these moral issues. Again there is a tie with Muslims in Berlin.
Homosexual Acts: At 28% apparently Religious Americans are more open to homosexual acts than any of the Islamic entities.
Now to draw it out a bit and supply some fodder I’ll add some points. Berlin Muslims are likely Balkan or Turkish majority. The London Muslims are Pakistani and Arabic majority most likely. The Religious Americans-who knows.
Some people will say polls mean nothing but it’s been my experience that polls seem to mean something to a great deal of people when it disparages a group they dislike. Take that .
Ultimately you have to pick and choose what you want to believe. It is easier when you have a good grip on the concept of right and wrong. What do you see now ?

Er, Fred… you see ‘this’ evil – is that the polls?
Well, I guess you could choose to interpret it that the US religious folk and Berlin religious folk have more in common as regards ‘moral codes’ then they’d prefer. But maybe not.
Of course it also shows how the US general population differs from the religious – and why they could be trying to paint them as mad dogs whenever possible (abortion clinic protests being some of the worst miscarriages of opportunities to show God’s love)…
I think the UK view of suicide is that it’s ‘The Easy Way Out’ rather than anything which is a goo reason not to condone an awful lot of things but then without something or someone to complain about we would be struggling…
Yes I see this evil in all areas of our world and madness and evil is here and now but yet people will do evil to each other in the name of this or that and many do evil acts in the name of God.
@ Victoria…I linked the polls for people to see whatever they desire. I also didn’t choose Paris due to the makeup of the Muslim population. Folly or prerogative ?
@ Steph the numbers represent those that find the action “morally acceptable” That doesn’t mean they engage necessarily. The splits were designed to compare
I don’t understand the poll, does that mean 66% of the British public who engage in homosexual acts and 58% who have abortions are non-Muslims?
Not all that surprising to me – but then I have friends/acquaintaces from the various regions. The low percentages in London/Muslim is not surprising especially if the bulk of input is from an Arabic/Muslim majority. Their moral codes are decreed not only from their faith, but also their culture. The low number on Rel. Americans/Suicide leads me to believe that the bulk of the input came from Catholics as suicide is a mortal sin and although not morally acceptable to other faiths there is not the “damnation” decreed of the Catholic religion. The suicide poll that surprises me is the 15% for the US Public. We are a educated (sometimes highly) and spiritual people – we mourned the loss of a racehorse a year ago (Barbaro) and yet we feel that a human being who was somehow driven to take their own life has performed an act we find morally unacceptable. What is morally unacceptable is that we have no compassion for such a troubled soul. And after reviewing the gallop polls you used, I am wondering why you left out the Parisian input?
